TEAM

The Firm has a team of lawyers with extensive experience in different areas of practice.

The IP & BIZ team is led by Daniel Peña Valenzuela, with 18 years of experience in IP matters, Industrial Property Contracts and Technology. He is a University Research Professor, National and international lecturer, WIPO Intellectual Property Referee and Panelist of the WIPO and NAF in domain name matters. He is also the author of several books including: "The contract for design, development and hosting of a website", "Responsibility in the Digital Age" and "digital information society, Scope and Perspectives".
