The Superintendency of Industry and Commerce issued instructions to those responsible for processing personal data, legal persons of private nature enrolled in the Chambers of Commerce and mixed companies, for purposes of registration of their databases in the Register of National Database-RNBD before November 8, 2016, incurring penalties of failing to register within the prescribed period.
