AGA Honours Excellence Across the World in 2025 Awards

We are delighted to announce the winners of the Alliott Global Alliance (AGA) 2025 Excellence Awards which were presented during AGA’s Worldwide Conference in Toronto, Canada.

AGA is one of the largest and fastest-growing global multidisciplinary alliances, with 240+ law and accounting member firms in over 100 countries.

The Excellence Awards celebrates recognising firms and individuals whose achievements align with the Alliance’s mission and strategic long-term goals.

Thirteen winners took home top honours across eight key categories this year:

Brand Ambassador – Awarded to individuals demonstrating a strong commitment to integrating the AGA brand, aligning with its values, and who actively advocate AGA within their broader community and industry.

Innovator – Recognising firms and/or individuals who dared to be different or that have led innovation or tech-centric projects, including those that enhance AGA’s infrastructure and that improve collaboration among member firms.

AGAOne Hero:  Honoring the firm that has shown exceptional leadership in championing the AGAOne digital platform within their organization and contributed to its successful integration.

International Business Development: Recognising those who have proactively expanded the geographic business of existing clients or spearheaded business development initiatives with new clients.

Social Responsibility Pioneer: Awarding firms demonstrating exceptional commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices.

Best Newcomer: Recognising those who have made an immediate impact within the AGA community, both personally and professionally. It honours members who have quickly become visible advocates and driven opportunities for others.

Best Referral: Recognising member firms behind the most successful referrals and those who have turned opportunities into tangible, fee-generating outcomes. This award celebrates initiative, trust in AGA colleagues, and a collaborative spirit, highlighting the strengthening of relationships across the Alliance.

In addition, the prestigious Alliance Champion Award was presented to Harm Borrie of Borrie Accountants (Amsterdam & Rotterdam, The Netherlands). Harm’s years of dedication, passion, and commitment have helped to shape the Alliance and inspires our global community. Congratulations to Harm, shown below, on this well-deserved recognition.
